- After submitting your reservation form, you will receive a confirmation from the hotel staff (reservation confirmation).
- We do not accept reservations or availability by phone.
- The reservation will be confirmed when the hotel replies to your e-mail.
- Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed when all seats are filled.
- This service is limited to those who have already made a reservation to stay at the hotel.
- If the number of passengers exceeds the capacity, the passenger will not be allowed to board the bus.
- Please purchase your express tickets, etc. well in advance as they will depart on time.
- It takes about 90 minutes between the hotel and Mishima Station, but it may be difficult to operate on time due to traffic conditions.
- Please let us know if you have a lot of baggage.
- Please make sure to unblock your e-mail blocking so that we can reply to your registered e-mail when your reservation is confirmed.
- After boarding, no stopovers are allowed.
- Depending on reservations, you may be seated next to other guests.
- For safety reasons, only children 15 months and older are allowed.
- A child seat will be provided for children aged 15 months to 6 years old.
